The Evoke Motorcycles App does not collect or store any information regarding the owner or its vehicle. Its application to provide owner and technician an outlook to vehicle operations and maintenance requirements only.
If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have entered into with you, or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations.
